Every product is insured from the moment it leaves our company until the moment of delivery. Delivery / Receipt will be considered as taking place upon signing the receipt of the products at the agreed address. The risk for the products passes to you from the time of Delivery / Receipt.
Please, check that the parcel and product upon receipt have not been damaged before signing the carrier’s receipt. If you find that the package has been damaged, you can refuse to receive it or receive it by writing on the receipt “I receive with every reservation, damaged packaging”, if opening the package the product has been damaged contact our company, THE SAME DAY WHERE YOU RECEIVED THE PACKAGE, and inform us.
In both cases, the company undertakes the immediate re-shipment of the product.
If the above conditions are not met, refunds may not be accepted.
